ASD DANCE RECITAL... Last week was busy with the girl's annual dance recital. On Thursday, the girls had an all day dress rehearsal. Mariah was in 10 numbers, Caeli in 11 (one was the opening number with both girls) and Kianna had 3 dances.
Friday evening Mariah and Caeli were in 18 numbers. Saturday afternoon all three girls danced in 8 numbers and Saturday evening they performed in all 23 numbers!
Each show opened with the entire dance company in Alice In Wonderland. Mariah was the white rabbit and Caeli was a flower.

Caeli's musical theater performed Hey Mickey.

WET N WILD... One of our favorite things to do in the summer, is going to Wet N Wild. The girls love riding the sliding and floating on the Lazy River.
Kianna loves the children's area called "Boggie Board Beach". There are so many slides and water spray them, Then a giant pail dumps water every few minutes.

Kianna has no fears this year. She tries everything.

I think the girls favorite is the wave pool.

ARIZONA SUNRAYS DANCE BANQUET....I can't believe that the girls are finishing their 4th year in dance Company. Recital is this weekend and last Saturday the awards banquet was held.

The girls were told to dress to impress. They all looked so beautiful. The banquet was held at Maggiano's in Scottsdale.

Kianna and Jack are buddies at dance. Jack's sister is in the Mini's.

Caeli with two of her teachers.

Kianna had so much fun!

Awards were given out after dinner. Mariah recieved an award for "Passion and determination" and Caeli dance trouble was named "Best duo/trio".
All the girls received a copy of the video yearbook and a pair of socks. The Juniors tried them on with their heels.

Memorial Day weekend was a lot of fun. School is out for the summer (the girls are happy), we went to the waterpark, and relaxed. On the way home, Caeli asked to stop at the cemetery. The girls love to go there and "see Grandpa". Every year the Boy Scouts place flags at all the grave sites. The weather was beautiful this year and there was a delightful breeze. It looked so peaceful with all the flags waving.

THE FINAL DAYS OF PRE-K.Kianna's class invited the parents to a show. The children recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
The sang lots of songs.
Kiann loves to sing and dance. She had so much fun.

I am not sure that I am ready for Kindergarten, but she is!
