PUMPKIN FARM... Yesterday, we went to a local pumpkin farm. The girls loved going through the corn maze and seeing all the animals.
Caeli's friend Anna went with us and the girls had so much fun.
Caeli, Anna and Kianna

They had the Three Little Pigs's houses. Kianna quickly grabbed the house of bricks and Caeli is in the straw house.
There were lots of animals for the girls to pet. Caeli wanted to bring a pig home.
Kianna thought it was so much fun to grind corm and then put in a container to feed the chicks.
The best part was selecting a pumpkin to bring home.

MOVIE NIGHT... The girls school held their annual movie night last Friday. They set up a huge screen and everyone brings blankets and chairs. We ate dinner and the kids played.
As soon as it was dark, they started the movie. The girls loved Monsters Vs Aliens. They had so much fun being with their friends.

DANCE... Mariah was at the dance studio a few weeks ago and a friend snapped this picture. I think Mariah looks so happy in this picture, she loves to dance!

3 YEARS AGO... my life changed forever. On October 8, 2006, we were in Nanning, China waiting for my third daughter to arrive. I looked up and the Nannies were walking in with the sweetest little girl. Gong Guo Xiu was 2 years, 1 month and 22 days old. She had spent her entire life in a rural town called Pingnan.
Kianna had driven in a car for hours and was brought into a room full of strangers. She was not happy when she was told to go to her mama. She finally came to me and was scared, shy and so little.
Mariah and Caeli were thrilled to have a little sister and we all spent the next ten days in China getting to know her. Kianna quickly became an important part of our family.
The years have passed so quickly. Kianna has grown into a happy, outgoing, loving little girl that adds so much joy and happiness to all of our lives. She loves life and has so much fun!
Happy Gotcha Day anniversary sweetie, I love you more each day and I am so happy that you are my daughter.
